Q.E.D. Systems Inc in Virginia Beach seeks a Lead Instructor to support a Surface Ship Training contract. You will participate in overall course development and deliver training for Surface Warfare personnel, ensuring program consistency across all training sites and regular reviews with the Contract PM.

The ideal candidate has commanded a U.S. surface ship at O-5/O-6 level, with two years of recent Fleet maintenance policy experience, experience briefing senior officers, and strong

Qualifications

• Naval leadership experience, proven track in command roles.
• Experience leading surface ship training or similar programs.
• Strong curriculum development and training material creation skills.
• Ability to brief senior officers and interact with naval/civilian staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of Surface Ship Training content across sites.
• Ensure training programs are consistent with contract requirements and schedules.
• Interface with Contract PM and COR on performance and deliverables.
• Provide process improvement recommendations to TYCOM and shipboard personnel.
• Coordinate regular reviews with TPOC and fleet staff.
