Job summary

The PM will serve as the primary point of contact with Surface Ship Type Commanders and the contracts representative, maintaining performance metrics and reporting status.

Annual in-person program reviews will be conducted with Navy leadership. The role requires 10+ years in Navy maintenance training with at least 5 years in program management, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of U.S. Navy maintenance training experience.
• 5+ years of experience at the program management level.
• Bachelor of Science degree or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract execution and maintain performance metrics for the Navy training contract.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with Surface Ship Type Commanders and the contracts representative; report status and coordinate program reviews.
