Qualifications

• At least fifteen (15) years of supervisory experience in Navy damage control processes.
• Direct operational and damage control experience within the last five (5) years.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct ship training visits.
• Compile and provide training resources for ship systems.
• Conduct material condition assessments for installed equipment.
