Qualifications

• Complete knowledge of programmable and robotic control systems in SMT/PTH/mixed tech manufacturing.
• Certification in advanced soldering and SMT production techniques.
• Training in advanced soldering rework and IPD teamwork.
• Typically 5 years PTH assembly + 2 years SMT operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate SMT, PTH and mixed technology hardware per specs and notes.
• Set up and operate automated and manual equipment; verify processes.
• Record component usage and test paste quality; manage feeders and carousels.
• Ensure proper loading of components and safe operation of reflow ovens.
