Qualifications

• End-to-end systems engineering
• MBSE concepts and tools
• DOORS or equivalent requirements/configuration management tools
• Cross-functional leadership and communication
• Active DoD clearance (Secret, Top Secret preferred)

Responsibilities

• Decompose DoD safety manuals into requirements and allocate to design teams
• Provide systems engineering for design, integration, and testing of next-gen weapon systems
• Participate in planning, system integration, verification, validation, cost, risk, and supportability analyses
• Evaluate physical security design based on DoD safety manuals
• Interface with DoD and DOE for safe design and operation of nuclear weapon systems
• Use model-based engineering tools to evaluate and analyze modern weapon system designs
