Qualifications

• Experience owning end-to-end systems engineering on large projects.
• Experience with missile or advanced weapon systems and MBSE concepts/tools.
• Strong communication skills for leadership briefings and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Decompose DoD safety manuals into requirements and assign to design teams.
• Provide systems engineering for design, integration, and testing of a next-gen weapon system.
• Participate in planning, verification, validation, cost, risk, and analysis across mechanical/electrical systems.
• Evaluate physical security design per DoD safety manuals.
• Interface with DoD and DoE to ensure safe design and operation of nuclear weapon systems.
• Use model-based engineering tools to pioneer new evaluation methods for a major weapon system.
