Job summary

Qualifications

• P&C licensed is required or active licensing in property/c casualty.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in a surety environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client needs, including bond requests and billing issues.
• Request and analyze client information, communicating data to underwriters.
• Respond to client questions about bond programs, limits and opportunities.
• Coordinate with underwriters on bond status and approvals.
• Issue original bonds as needed and support carrier submissions.
• Assist in resolving accounting, billing and collections issues for clients.
