We are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Shelton Care - Cauldon Place, based in Shildon.

The Senior Support Worker Role

Your role as a Senior Support Worker will involve assisting senior management in assessing people's support needs and working with those we support to initiate and develop new ideas and methods to improve the quality of service.

The most important qualities are the ability to treat others with respect, listen to their needs, and understand their emotions. Be kind, friendly, and honest.

Ideal Candidate

• Supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• Having a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
• Able to motivate and manage a team.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
