Job Title: Part-Time Personal Assistant

Position Overview

Noridian is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant to support one or more senior-level executives. This remote role requires a dependable professional who excels at managing details, juggling priorities, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones
  • Screen emails, organize communications, and respond to basic inquiries on behalf of executives
  • Arrange travel, prepare itineraries, and manage expense reporting
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist with light project management, document preparation, and research tasks
  • Maintain records, digital filing systems, and workflow tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
  • Provide general administrative support to help streamline executive productivity

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or administrative coordinator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and handle sensitive information
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing deadlines with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting healthcare executives or working in a government contractor environment
  • Familiarity with federal healthcare programs (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid)
  • Experience with virtual collaboration tools such as SharePoint, OneNote, and Zoom
