Job summary

Axuall, a healthcare workforce intelligence company, is hiring a Senior Support Engineer (Tier 2) to triage and resolve technical requests escalated through our support system. You will work closely with product, engineering, and other teams in a matrix environment.

The role is remote-first across the U.S., with occasional in-person orientation at our Cleveland, OH HQ. Expect collaboration, fast problem solving, and opportunities to improve tooling and processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience troubleshooting and resolving tier 1 and 2 issues.
• 3–5 year experience partnering with Engineering and Development Teams on escalated issues.
• 3–5 years experience troubleshooting and resolving issues with APIs.
• Exposure to healthcare organizations and clinicians.
• Familiarity with provider credentialing is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to triage, escalate and resolve client and internal support requests.
• Respond promptly, assess root cause, determine workarounds and resolutions.
• Be available for live coverage as needed (8AM–8PM EST).
• Foster collaboration among product management, engineering and support teams.
• Coordinate and follow up on internal requests and work in progress.
• Create and improve established workflows for triage and escalation of support tickets.
• Develop internal tooling to improve visibility into underlying issues driving support tickets.
• Apply good software testing practices to identify and resolve issues.
• Contribute ideas to team growth and process improvements.
