Job summary

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is seeking a Supply Technician to manage stocking, receiving, and delivering materials across ANTHC facilities. You will coordinate with vendors and carriers, verify orders, and maintain inventory accuracy while ensuring timely, safe handling of supplies.

Qualifications

• Effective oral communication and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to use research and analysis to define and solve problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish cooperative working relationships.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Familiarity with operating motorized vehicles, equipment, and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal and external customers and coordinate with vendors, transportation carriers, and community representatives for shipment of materials and equipment.
• Order, restock, receive, prepare, and transport supplies and instruments within assigned areas; verify contents and condition.
• Maintain inventory records and update the inventory database; perform data entry for manual orders.
• Consolidate supplies and determine efficient packaging and shipping methods; prepare shipping documents.
• Schedule and coordinate pick up and shipment of materials; track shipments for timely delivery.
• Execute proper shipping procedures and ensure safety of people and items.
• Handle delivery, return, and restocking of specialty service carts.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including custodial tasks and handling damaged items.
