Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in the United States seeks a Manager, Supply Planning to lead finished goods planning for Specialty Brands, guiding a team of planners across internal manufacturing and co‑manufacturing partners.

You will align demand, supply, and manufacturing priorities, drive inventory and service level targets, and partner with Quality, Procurement, and Commercial teams to optimize total delivered cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive Supply Chain experience.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience managing people and/or planning teams.
• Experience across internal manufacturing and external co-manufacturing networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-5 supply planners across internal and external sites.
• Develop and enforce standardized planning processes and KPIs.
• Balance service levels with inventory and total delivered cost.
• Escalate supply constraints and drive cross-functional resolution.
