Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials, a global supplier of chemicals and materials, seeks a Senior Supply Chain Planner in Houston, TX. You will own SIOP planning, material replenishment, and inventory management for a high-SKU portfolio, coordinating with procurement and 3PL partners to meet service levels.

You must have 5+ years in planning, strong SAP skills, and a track record of cross-functional improvements. The role offers growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional planning experience in material replenishment, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong SAP skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SIOP supply planning process, translating demand into feasible supply plan requirements.
• Own material availability for order fulfillment, ensuring finished goods are positioned to meet demand.
• Manage and respond to MRP exception messages to maintain target stocking levels.
• Resolve barriers to Sales Order fulfillment including blocks and alternate packing/shipping options.
• Maintain monthly Revenue projections based on open orders and available materials.
• Provide sales and customer service with visibility of order status.
• Drive inventory reduction for slow-moving items and expiring stock.
• Partner with 3PL and logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy and targets.
• Maintain and govern MRP master data for the responsible lines of business.
