Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Purchases and Materials Planning professional to manage external PO activity for raw materials and packaging across manufacturing sites and tolling partners. You will collaborate with suppliers, procurement, and supply planners to ensure on-time delivery, optimize inventory, and mitigate shelf-life risks while supporting global procurement needs.

Qualifications

• You must have a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in materials planning, detailed scheduling, or logistics.
• Strong user of MRP/ERP system (SAP preferred).
• Strong team player, able to collaborate across manufacturing, logistics, planning, and commercial teams.
• Strong experience using Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Place and manage external Purchase Orders for raw materials and packaging items.
• Monitor SAP material exception messages and planning balances daily and adjust PO timing/quantity to control inventory.
