Job summary

VF Corporation is hiring a Senior Supply Planner for icebreaker & Smartwool brands in the United States. You will own category-level supply planning, generate buy recommendations, and partner with Demand Planning, Inventory, Finance, and Operations to meet service and cost targets.

You will leverage SAP, Excel, and advanced planning tools to optimize inventory, manage capacity risks, and drive improvements across the supply chain. Travel is about 5% or less.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business Management or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a corporate supply chain environment with demand & supply planning.
• Strong analytical and Excel-based reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own category-level supply planning and buy recommendations using demand inputs and inventory.
• Provide monthly supply outlook and Open-to-Buy inputs.
• Monitor demand/supply timing using SAP and Excel trackers; re-phase supply as needed.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning to align forecasts with feasible supply.
• Manage seasonal setup and line plan validation with cross-functional teams.
• Support leadership with ad hoc analysis and process improvements.
