2nd Adventure Services (Brownells) in Grinnell, IA is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to balance demand, lead times, and inventory while coordinating with internal teams and suppliers. The role is hybrid with onsite collaboration and relocation within commuting distance.

Base salary starts in the $60Ks, with annual bonus potential up to 12%. You will own replenishment planning, manage PO activity, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, operations, finance, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in supply planning, replenishment, purchasing, inventory management, or related.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Experience with ERP/MRP or similar planning systems.
• Ability to assess supplier constraints and inventory risks independently.

Responsabilités

• Own supply and replenishment planning for assigned suppliers and product lines.
• Manage purchase order activity to ensure timely product availability.
• Anticipate and resolve supply challenges with supplier coordination.
• Analyze inventory performance and optimize in-stock levels and turns.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Demand Planning, Logistics, and other teams.
