Job summary

2nd Adventure is seeking a Senior Supply Planner in Grinnell, IA, offering a hybrid work arrangement with regular onsite collaboration. You will own supply and replenishment planning for assigned suppliers and product lines, manage POs, and resolve supply challenges to balance availability with inventory investment.

The role requires 4+ years in supply planning, strong Excel and ERP/MRP experience, and collaboration across Merchandising, Demand Planning, Marketing, and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4+ years in supply planning or similar roles.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own supply and replenishment planning for assigned suppliers and product lines.
• Manage purchase order activity to support on-time product availability.
• Anticipate and resolve supply challenges using sound judgment.
• Analyze inventory performance and optimize in-stock levels and turns.
• Coordinate BOM maintenance and kitting/assembly for House Brands.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Demand Planning, Logistics and others to align plans with launches and promotions.
