NVIDIA Corporation seeks an experienced Senior Supply Chain Business Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Repair, and Customer Operations. You will partner with leaders to identify strategic opportunities, redesign operating models, and implement enterprise solutions with IT, Data, and Analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, information systems, operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years of experience in supply chain operations, business transformation, product management, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end hardware supply chains including semiconductors, boards, systems, and logistics.
• Proven track record redesigning supply chain processes, operating models, and business capabilities.
• Experience implementing ERP and supply chain planning platforms such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or IBP.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end business transformation initiatives across Supply Chain Operations (Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Repair, Service, Returns, Customer Ops).
• Partner with leaders to identify strategic opportunities and process improvements that drive measurable outcomes.
• Redesign processes and operating models to improve efficiency, scalability, visibility, automation, and customer experience.
• Translate business requirements into capabilities, user stories, and functional specs.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Data, and Analytics teams to design and deliver enterprise solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI, analytics, and automation to improve decision-making and productivity.
• Define benchmarks and success metrics; lead change management and communications.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve supply chain performance.
