Formación

• 18+ years in supply planning with optics and switches.
• 8+ years leading teams or projects, global scope.
• Experience leading global teams.
• Understanding of manufacturing, capacity planning and MRP.
• Proven success implementing planning tools and driving adoption.
• Experience supporting data centers, AI, networking or HPC products.
• MBA or advanced technical degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end supply planning strategy and governance to support revenue goals.
• Develop scalable planning framework across chips, networking, memory, capacity, and server manufacturing.
• Ensure integrity of BOM structures, factory yields, and cycle times with owners.
• Accelerate time-to-market by reducing supply chain complexity using AI planning methods.
• Manage and develop direct reports with ongoing training and knowledge sharing.
