  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Business Transformation, Product Management, Supply Chain Technology, or related disciplines.
  • Deep expertise in end-to-end hardware supply chains, including semiconductors, boards, systems, planning, manufacturing, logistics, repair operations, inventory management, reverse logistics, and customer fulfillment.

  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives by partnering with Operations, Engineering, IT, Data Engineering, Analytics, and other business collaborators.
  • Exceptional collaborators management, facilitation, and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-first attitude with experience delivering enterprise-scale business transformation programs.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Experience supporting complex hardware supply chains, including robotics, electronics, semiconductors, AI infrastructure, and data center systems.
  • Experience building modern digital supply chain capabilities, including Supply Chain Control Towers, Digital Twins, AI-enabled Planning, Data Platforms, Predictive Analytics, and Supply Chain Visibility solutions.
