Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or higher.
• Over 12 years of factory planning or CM/factory operations experience for technology products.
• 5+ years of direct factory planning for CMs or repair factories with S&OP involvement.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems for Production Order creation and tracking.
• Strong cross-functional relationship management with suppliers, factories and internal teams.
• Deep familiarity with OEM server or PCBA manufacturing environments, SMT and test operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for supply continuity among CM/repair partners and NVIDIA teams.
• Standardize and implement repair partnership processes to track material readiness and capacity.
• Load weekly production orders for CM/repair sites and coordinate weekly build plans.
• Lead weekly production reviews to monitor forecast vs. actual delivery.
• Coordinate with Planning and Procurement to ensure readiness for new service offerings and repair builds.
• Drive repair efficiency by managing test capacity, defective inventory, and component availability.
• Track repair execution benchmarks including performance and on-time completion with partners.
• Monitor Turnaround Time metrics across factory operations.
