Job summary

Barcel USA LLC is seeking a Transformation Sr. Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives across the organization, driving profitability, service levels, and operational efficiency in line with Grupo Bimbo standards.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities, develop robust business cases, manage budgets, and shepherd change across functions and regions to deliver sustainable improvements in transportation, warehousing, and network design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and change management.
• Experience building business cases and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation projects from concept to realization.
• Develop business cases, budgets, and governance for initiatives.
• Drive change management and cross-functional collaboration across regions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
