Job summary

Clorox is seeking a senior supply chain leader to drive end-to-end initiatives across a business unit, delivering growth, resiliency, and improved gross margins. The role emphasizes strategic planning, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with teams across procurement, planning, manufacturing, and logistics.

The candidate will lead a portfolio of initiatives, benchmark industry practices, and identify new supply options and tools.

Qualifications

8+ years in supply chain management across multiple disciplines.
BS/BA degree required; MBA highly desirable.
Hybrid work arrangement with offices in Alpharetta, GA; Durham, NC; or Pleasanton, CA.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of end-to-end supply chain initiatives across the business unit to meet growth, resiliency, and margin targets.
Drive step-change cost, margin, and capability improvements by leading strategic projects and best-practice adoption.
Develop and maintain a portfolio of initiatives to support innovation, cost savings, supply assurance, and performance.
Monitor external benchmarks and trends to identify opportunities for improvements in supply chain options, tools, and systems.
