Expeditors is seeking an Administration professional in the Columbus, OH area to manage and operate security systems, coordinate corrective actions, and lead incident investigations. The role involves ensuring compliance with local security regulations and Expeditors Security Standards, while collaborating with police, customers, service providers, and regional teams.

The position requires strong communication, analytical, and planning skills, plus at least four years of operational experience

Qualifications

• Written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Adaptability in a dynamic environment is required.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving are necessary to manage security processes.
• Strategic planning and scheduling experience is expected.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
• Minimum four years of operational work experience with Expeditors.
• Ability to influence others to action and drive results.

Responsabilités

• Manage and operate security systems (Security, Health and Safety Portal, CCTV, intrusion alarm, access control).
• Coordinate timely completion (within 90 days) of outstanding Security Corrective Actions.
• Lead security incident investigations with Regional and CHQ Security teams.
• Support Business Continuity Plan development and testing.
• Own and report on security-related communications with district police, customers, service providers, and security teams.
• Ensure 100% district compliance with local security regulations and Expeditors Security Standards.
• Conduct onboarding and risk reviews for Service Providers; track issues to resolution within 90 days.
