Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Project Manager for the United States (Atlanta, GA; Naperville, IL; Virginia Beach, VA) to drive Supply Chain activities within a large capital project. You will align sourcing, contracting, and procurement with the overall project plan and work with Engineering, Construction, Legal, Risk, and other project tracks.

The role requires 5–10 years in supply chain or procurement, strong PM skills, and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives; experience in energy

Qualifications

5 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, strategic sourcing, contracting, and/or procurement for large capital projects.
Strong project management with sourcing schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks and deliverables.
Ability to lead cross-functional efforts across Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, Legal, Risk, and Supply Chain.
Experience developing sourcing strategies, bidder lists, RFPs, evaluation methodologies, negotiation strategies and award recommendations.
Ownership mindset to drive Supply Chain activities and escalate as needed.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Supply Chain lead for the Gas track, coordinating with Engineering, Construction, and Project Management to align with the overall plan.
Integrate Supply Chain work from early sourcing through contracting and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
Collaborate across functions to maintain project execution and manage risks and issues.
