Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the Supply Chain function to lead multi‑million dollar projects from inception to realization. You will coordinate with engineering, finance, operations, and suppliers to ensure timely, cost‑effective outcomes across the portfolio.

The role requires a strong track record in project leadership, governance, and cost reduction, with experience in HVAC/industrial products. relocation support is available for multiple locations in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years of project management experience launching engineering projects.
• 5+ years in supply chain, program management, manufacturing, or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with manufactured products.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility, million-dollar projects from business case through benefit realization.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans with scope, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Lead project teams through execution, facilitating sessions and reviews.
• Drive portfolio-level execution and accountability for timelines and finances.
• Establish and enforce PMO governance standards across intake, prioritization, risk management and reporting.
• Lead portfolio resource and capacity planning across critical projects.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, governance, and execution efficiency.
• Partner with Finance to validate savings, forecasts, and timing of benefits.
• Maintain accurate project data and portfolio reports.
