Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in procurement/engineering/manufacturing/supply chain.
• 7+ years of capital construction procurement experience.
• Experience leading capital projects, contracting, and supplier evaluation.
• Willingness to travel 10%–25% to support sourcing initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Category management for engineering, construction services, automation, and capital equipment.
• Lead requirements review, sourcing strategies, due diligence, RFP oversight, contract negotiation and award.
• Negotiate cost and risk while meeting project objectives.
• Qualify suppliers and manage supplier relationships, spend analysis, market intelligence, and risk management.
• Source for major capital projects (> $200MM) at Lilly sites with $1B annual spend.
