Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Process & Systems to lead end-to-end process governance, standards, and data stewardship across planning, procurement, logistics, FSQA, and suppliers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6-8+ years of experience in supply chain process improvement, systems, technology enablement, product or project delivery, master data, reporting, or analytics.
• 2+ years of people, team, or project leadership experience.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge across planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, suppliers, and distribution; food service, restaurant, CPG, or fresh supply chain experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate between supply chain and technical teams, define requirements and use cases, and influence technology priorities.
• Experience designing and improving processes, facilitating current-state and future-state mapping, and developing SOPs, governance, controls, and training.
• Experience across the technology delivery lifecycle, including roadmaps, requirements, testing, implementation, integration, change management, adoption, and support; Oracle or a comparable ERP is preferred.
• Working knowledge of master data governance, supply chain visibility, traceability, GS1/RFID, reporting, AI, or automation.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSCMP, APICS CPIM preferred.
• SmartSheets or project management/productivity tools, Oracle preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain process alignment and governance across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, FSQA, Suppliers, and DCs.
• Serve as the primary Supply Chain translator and liaison with DI&A, IT, and product owners.
• Represent Supply Chain in enterprise technology intake and capacity planning processes.
• Shape roadmaps for Oracle and other Supply Chain platforms.
• Identify and address process inefficiencies and drive scalable solutions.
• Own governance of SOPs, process maps, and master data management.
• Lead implementation, change management, and adoption for AI, RFID, traceability, and integrations.
• Oversee Supply Chain visibility platform governance and data connectivity.
• Manage day-to-day support of Supply Chain applications and integrations.
• Coordinate RFID and traceability standards with FSQA and GS1.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and benefits tracking for process/value realization.
• Coordinate consultants, vendors, and external partners; manage project plans and adoption.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members in governance, systems, and data management
