Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Senior Manager, Planning to build and lead an integrated planning capability spanning demand, supply and capacity planning, S&OP/IBP, and LTO program management at our Newport Beach, CA office.

You will establish governance and an operating cadence connecting business demand to executable supply and inventory plans, working with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Operations, Commercial, Marketing, and suppliers.

Qualifications

8+ years in supply chain planning, with depth across demand and capacity planning.
3+ years people leadership, building or scaling a team.
Experience designing and leading S&OP/IBP with cross-functional reviews and Finance alignment.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-performing planning team across demand, supply, S&OP/IBP and LTO management.
Own and improve end-to-end planning operating model with governance, cadence, and performance metrics.
Lead the recurring S&OP/IBP cycle aligning plans with priorities and financial objectives.
Drive a single cross-functional demand plan for base business and LTOs; improve forecast accuracy and accountability.
Translate demand into executable supply, capacity, and inventory plans with clear supplier guidance.
Lead LTO planning from planning through launch, readiness, and post-launch review.
Influence partners across functions; challenge assumptions and drive timely decisions.
Develop scenarios and materials for leadership and manage planning risks.
