Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Process & Systems to lead end-to-end process governance and system design across planning, procurement, logistics and FSQA. The role partners with DI&A and IT to translate needs into clear requirements and scalable roadmaps.

Based in Newport Beach, CA, this hybrid position drives data governance, master data, and traceability initiatives while leading change management to realize measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technology, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• 6-8+ years of experience in Supply Chain process improvement, systems, technology enablement, product or project delivery, master data, reporting, or analytics.
• 2+ years of people, team, or project leadership experience, including coaching and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain process alignment and governance across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Food Safety, Suppliers, and Distribution Centers.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, use cases, data needs, and roadmaps for technology initiatives.
• Own governance of master data, SOPs, process maps, and training materials; drive adoption of new capabilities.
