Job summary

Zebra is seeking an experienced Agile Product Owner/Business Process Analyst to optimize supply chain processes and lead digital initiatives. You will own the backlog, write user stories, and work with IT and logistics teams to improve efficiency and compliance.

In this role you will drive process improvements, manage change, and deliver dashboards with real-time cost and performance metrics. Hybrid work options and a competitive total rewards program are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in logistics and trade.
Experience writing user stories, managing backlogs, and collaborating with development teams.
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, tools, and Jira.
Deep understanding of domestic and international transportation, freight forwarding, and global trade regulations.

Responsibilities

Own the Product Backlog, prioritize features by value and ROI.
Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Lead sprint ceremonies and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
Develop roadmaps and communicate vision to cross-functional teams.
Drive process improvements across logistics, compliance, and IT interfaces.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver digital solutions.
