Job summary

SI Group is seeking a Sr. Planning Analyst - Supply Chain Excellence to advance enterprise planning standards and governance across supply, inventory, capacity, S&OP/IBP, and available-to-promise processes.

This role drives cross-functional improvement and partners with IT to deliver analytics, automation, and digital planning capabilities. You will lead data-driven analysis, performance management, and capability building to improve service, inventory, working capital, and cost, while scaling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive supply chain planning or related experience.
• Deep experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP/IBP, capacity planning, or integrated planning processes.
• Experience supporting ERP, advanced planning systems, analytics, or digital supply chain implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise planning standards, governance, and process maps; drive adoption across regions and sites.
• Lead strategic planning improvement initiatives with measurable impact on service and working capital.
• Act as the senior business representative for planning-related systems and digital planning capabilities.
• Develop dashboards, KPI definitions, and executive reporting to inform decision making.
• Partner with IT and external teams to enhance tools, analytics, and automation.
