Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Preference for degrees in Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, CS/IS, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Health Admin/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Science, Marketing.
• Certifications CSCMP, APICS, ISM preferred.
• Proficiency with supply chain management software.
• Analytical thinking to optimize supply chain performance.
• Experience leading complex supply chain transformation projects.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and procurement processes.
• Experience in supply chain risk management initiatives.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop strategies to optimize supply chain operations and increase end-to-end visibility.
• Collaborate with clients to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Guide teams in implementing technology and data analytics for a connected supply chain network.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations.
• Coach and mentor team members to leverage their strengths and develop skills.
• Address conflicts and engage in challenging conversations with stakeholders.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct.
• Utilise supply chain management software to enhance operational strategies.
• Implement cost management and procurement strategies to reduce expenses and increase responsiveness.
• Lead teams and manage client accounts.
• Confirm project success and maintain standards.
• Identify opportunities contributing to the firm's success.
• Provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network.
