Job summary

Tous Les Jours in Commerce, CA is seeking a SCM Planning Sr Supervisor to lead end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand, supply, and inventory planning, and to drive ERP/system optimization under the SCM Planning Team Manager.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a structured, process-driven approach, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years SCM, logistics or purchasing experience.
• Deep knowledge of SCM or logistics with proven inventory and trucking or warehouse experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual in Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning activities, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management
• Develop and execute planning strategies that balance service levels, cost, and operational efficiency
• Facilitate and manage the monthly Sales and Operations Planning process across cross-functional teams
• Analyze capacity utilization and identify bottlenecks or risks in the supply chain
• Track key supply chain KPIs such as logistics cost, inventory days, returns, disposal, and stockouts
• Support ERP and supply chain system optimization initiatives
