Job summary

NEOTech is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Buyer/Planner to lead demand management of finished goods and coordinate delivery schedules with production plants.

You will balance sales requirements with inventory policies, while partnering with Sales, production planners, and cross‑functional teams to optimize supply chain performance and risk management. You will analyze forecasts, manage ERP/MRP inputs, and prepare reports on on‑time performance, inventory aging, and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years combined Planning and/or Purchasing experience, including ERP – SAP preferred
• 5+ years of experience working directly with Sales and/or other customer facing teams
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Plan and purchase for finished goods demand management and replenishment while balancing sales and inventory policies
• Mentor staff and lead cross‑functional process improvement projects
• Manage inventory levels, forecasts, and batch plans; communicate risks and actions toSales/Management
