Job summary

Advatix, Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Planner to lead tactical and strategic supply planning, manage inventory, and collaborate with customers to meet service, cost, and financial objectives.

You will travel to customer locations as needed and work with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and sourcing decisions, shaping the supply chain strategy for fast-moving goods.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to communicate clearly with customers and cross-functional partners.
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, lookups, pivot tables) and working knowledge of Microsoft Access.
• Experience using planning systems/tools to develop tactical and strategic supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develops inventory strategies to optimize investment while maximizing inventory turns and meeting service levels.
• Generates reports and KPIs (out-of-stock, days of supply, aging inventories) to improve costs and service.
• Establishes relationships with customers, suppliers, and teams to align demand and supply.
• Leads cross-functional or global project teams; provides progress updates and process improvements.
• Develops short- and long-term supply plans balancing demand, cost, efficiency, and capacity.
