Job summary

Advatix Inc. is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to support forecasting, inventory analysis, and supply chain decision-making. This fully remote role centers on building Power BI dashboards and reports to drive visibility into demand, inventory, and performance metrics.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in demand planning or analytics, strong Excel skills, and a track record of turning data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in demand planning, forecasting, or analytics roles.
• Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH.
• Experience creating Power BI dashboards and data visualizations.
• Strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions for forecasting and inventory decisions.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports on forecasting accuracy, inventory levels, service performance, and KPIs.
• Consolidate, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources for analysis.
• Monitor forecast performance and recommend adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop Excel-based analytical models using advanced functions and data tools.
• Support strategic initiatives related to inventory optimization and demand planning.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership clearly and concisely.
• Own recurring analytical workflows and adapt to evolving business priorities.
