Menasha Corporation is seeking a skilled planner to manage purchasing, warehousing, and the capacity plan across production sites. You will analyze capacity, speed, and lead times, collaborating with vendors and the Master Scheduler to optimize inventory and outsourcing options.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in demand planning or scheduling, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP. Travel 10–20% and a Monday–Friday schedule are noted.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 3–5 years in demand planning or production scheduling.
• 5–7 years in demand planning or production scheduling desired.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of MRP, Material Master Settings, and SAP; SAP knowledge highly desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Diplomatic communication and multitasking abilities.
• Root cause and corrective action skills to prevent outages.

Aufgaben

• Analyze forecast data, annual usage and historical data to pre-plan for changes.
• Monitor plant schedules and review MRP results to optimize components and inventory.
• Monitor plant schedules and open backlog to optimize weekly availability, lead times, and shipping.
• Determine optimal inventory levels to maximize service while minimizing costs.
• Assist operations in optimizing production flow.
• Support continuous process improvement in line with quality policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
