Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a Junior Production Planner to support detailed production scheduling and inventory management within a medical device manufacturing setting.

You will work with production, procurement, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery, maintain accurate ERP data, and contribute to cross-functional planning meetings. A relevant degree or two years of related experience is required, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field is desired; two years of relevant supply chain experience acceptable.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to apply general knowledge to business processes.
• Competency in using MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to stay calm and proactive in a dynamic supply chain environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production, procurement and logistics to create and maintain accurate production schedules.
• Execute daily/weekly production schedules based on order priorities and resource availability.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and address production interruptions.
• Develop and oversee a production schedule considering raw materials, equipment, shifts and labor.
• Report production status and issues to supply chain leadership.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels for each product family.
• Recommend schedule changes due to known constraints.
