Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Supply Chain professional to lead planning, demand and inventory strategies in a hybrid role with in-office days. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across global units to optimize supply chain performance and regulatory compliance, while mentoring staff and driving continuous improvements.

The role requires broad experience in supply chain functions, strong analytical skills, and a track record of delivering results in complex environments.

Qualifications

• First level university degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 6–10 years of experience in a supply chain function.
• Experience in more than one supply chain function.
• Broker's license and/or experience in customs/global trade.

Responsibilities

• Leads a broad range of complex supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis and planning, demand planning, import/export operations, and SOP.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and leads recommendations to management.
• Independently executes complex demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution.
• Works cross-functionally to prioritize backlog and align on KPIs.
• Partners with global business units and supply bases to generate and deliver demand signals.
• Leads cross-functional regional and global planning teams to enhance current processes.
• Defines and reviews performance metrics on a regular basis for improvement actions.
• Mentors junior staff and supports a regulatory trade compliance program.
