You will coordinate quoting, ordering and fulfillment workstreams, manage vendors and external teams, and deliver on-time revenue impact while maintaining governance, risk and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years IT project or program management experience.
• Experience delivering Supply Chain/ERP/L2C platform implementations or migrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce CPQ).
• Experience managing third‑party suppliers and onshore/offshore delivery models across time zones.
• PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Supply Chain IT projects within the L2C program.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans spanning quoting, ordering, and fulfillment workstreams.
• Drive day-to-day execution rhythm — stand-ups, sprint and release planning, status reporting, steering committee updates.
• Manage supplier and systems‑integrator partners against agreements and SLAs.
• Own the RAID register and escalate blockers with clear options and recommendations.
• Coordinate business readiness activities — process design sign‑off, UAT, cut‑over planning, hypercare, go‑live support.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, accruals, purchase requisitions, and variance analysis.
• Ensure governance, change control, architecture review, and security/audit compliance.
• Communicate progress, risks, and trade‑offs to leaders and IT architects with clarity.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards.
