Job summary

Toyota Tsusho America is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Operations to provide operational leadership across a warehouse or facility site, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and quality control. You will supervise supervisors, leads, and technicians, overseeing standard work and audit readiness.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, lean problem-solving, and accountability for performance metrics, with travel and automotive/industrial experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Lead day-to-day warehouse, processing, or kitting operations with strict safety and quality standards.
• Manage cross-functional teams and training logs across receiving, storage, and shipping lanes.
• Oversee site KPIs, labor costs, and overtime through localized countermeasures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize site KPIs including safety, dock-to-stock, order accuracy, and inventory cycles.
• Coordinate lean problem-solving (A3, 5-Why, fishbone) and Kaizen events.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with CTPAT and hazmat rules.
