Job summary

Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. in Princeton, IN seeks a Manager, Supply Chain Operations to lead local warehouse operations, implement lean practices, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will supervise warehouse supervisors, leads, and technicians, drive continuous improvement, manage KPI performance, and collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, QA, and Trade Compliance to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–7 years in warehouse/logistics operations
• Lean/TPS certification or Six Sigma belt; CPIM/CSCP credentials a plus
• Travel up to 25% occasionally

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations and governance across assigned area
• Supervise warehouse supervisors, leads and technicians; manage staffing
• Monitor site KPIs, safety, quality and OTIF delivery performance
• Drive continuous improvement using lean methodologies and root-cause analysis
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, QA and Trade Compliance for customer requirements
