L3Harris Technologies, located in Carlstadt, NJ, seeks a Manager of Supply Chain Management to lead procurement, materials management, and planning with a focus on cost, schedule, and technical performance. You will manage a 3+ person team and engage with contracts, engineering, and operations to optimize the supply base.

The role requires a deep understanding of government contracting, DFSC tools, and dual-sourcing strategies to strengthen resiliency and enable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Obtain a security clearance.
• Lead and develop a 3+ person team.
• Collaborate with Contracts, program management, engineering and operations to involve supply chain early in proposals.
• Develop and execute transformation plans focused on DFSC and supply chain resiliency.
• Drive make/buy decisions and outsourcing strategies while ensuring compliance with EAR, ITAR, FAR/DFARS.
