Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years supply chain experience, or Graduate Degree with 4+ years.
• In lieu of degree, 10 years of related supply chain experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead material requirements, budgets, and deliverables for assigned programs.
• Develop monthly material cost forecasts and quarterly EAC projections.
• Lead cross-functional material teams with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple programs and prioritize critical path activities.
• Develop supply chain strategies for government and prime contracts.
• Drive supplier performance improvement and affordability initiatives.
• Escalate and resolve material issues with suppliers and customers.
• Assist in subcontract negotiations with critical suppliers.
• Develop supplier baseline program plans with budgets and schedules.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to peers and customers.
• Serve as primary supply chain liaison with internal teams and customers.
