Job summary

You will own the daily cadence, drive inventory health, and coordinate with accounting, finance, and legal to ensure timely payments and contracting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain with focus on production planning and scheduling.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to mentor small teams and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication with production, engineering, and finance.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; US security clearance ability.

Responsibilities

• Own master scheduling and demand/supply planning for Quonset site.
• Lead day-to-day tactical planning rhythm and visibility.
• Maintain data accuracy across Oracle/Forge/Foundry systems.
• Oversee PO status and supplier delivery performance.
• Collaborate with Head of Production on daily cadence.
• Mentor materials and warehouse operations.
