Job summary

Pregis seeks a high-impact Supply Chain Manager at the Visalia facility to lead continuous improvement in customer experience and supply chain performance. You will own planning, purchasing, and inventory control while coordinating with sales, customer service, and manufacturing to meet service targets.

In this role you will drive corrective actions, establish a culture of accountability, and monitor key processes and metrics to optimize cost, service, and inventory health across the site.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Supply Chain Management is required.
• 5–10 years in Materials Management/Supply Chain; at least 5 years in a management role.
• Proven project management skills; TPM/Lean/Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts and the ability to apply them.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supply chain functions including planning, inventory control, and coordination with warehousing and production.
• Lead production planning and scheduling to balance demand, capacity, and inventory investment.
• Manage material purchasing and supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, quality, profitability, and people development on the site.
