HonorHealth Shea Medical Center is seeking a Supply Chain leader to optimize operations for patient care areas, including the Operating Room and related services. The role focuses on inventory strategies, implant management, and budget oversight while ensuring regulatory compliance and staff supervision.

Responsibilities include collaboration with perioperative services, driving improvements, and partnering with Value Analysis to reduce inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; three years of supply chain management experience required.
• Five years of Surgical Technician or Supply Chain Leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supports patient care supply chain in Operating Room, Cath Lab, IR, GI Endoscopy, and CSPD with daily duties.
• Advances inventory management strategy including consignment and physician preference item implants.
• Manages multimillion-dollar inventory/budget, reports analytics and ensures budget adherence to benchmarks.
• Recruits and develops staff, conducts evaluations, and ensures compliance with hospital policies.
