The role drives multi-million dollar budgets, inventory optimization, compliance, and analytics, partnering with clinical teams to support patient care.

Education: Bachelor's degree; Experience: 3+ years in Surgical Tech or Supply Chain Leadership; 5 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 3 years of Surgical Technician or Supply Chain Leadership experience is required.
• 5 years Surgical Technician or Supply Chain Leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• This position works under the direct supervision of the Supply Chain Director and in collaboration with medical center Perioperative Services and Procedural leadership.
• This position will have on-site business operational responsibilities to support patient care in the Operating Room, Cath Lab, IR, GI Endoscopy, and CSPD with all daily supply chain duties.
• Advances inventory management strategy inclusive of consignment and networked owned physician preference item (PPI) implants.
• Manages target inventory/budget responsibility in the multimillion dollar range annually.
• Compliance with regulatory requirements including recalls, warranty management, and bone and tissue tracking.
