HonorHealth in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an experienced Manager - Clinical Support Services to lead supply chain operations for surgical services. You will manage multi-million dollar inventories and budgets, drive strategic improvements, and partner with perioperative leadership to ensure efficient implant utilization.

Responsibilities include supplier performance, recalls and bone/tissue tracking, staff development, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3 years of Surgical Technician or Supply Chain Leadership experience required.
5 years of Surgical Technician or Supply Chain Leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

Oversee target inventory and multimillion-dollar budget across the department.
Support patient care in OR, Cath Lab, IR, GI Endoscopy and CSPD with implants.
Ensure recalls, warranty management, and bone/tissue tracking compliance.
Lead supplier performance management and coordinate with Contracting and Purchasing.
Recruit and develop staff; perform employee evaluations.
Provide analytics and inventory strategy reporting to Directors of Supply Chain and VP.
Collaborate with OR, Cath Lab and IR to plan volumes and minimize spend on implants.
Supervise inventory replenishment activities and department-wide budgeting.
